- It is the Customers responsibility to advise our office of any alterations or changes to bookings at their earliest convenience as any diversions or additions to the booking will incur additional charges.
- Cancellations 1 hour prior to the scheduled pick up time will incur full transfer charges.
Cancellations 8 hours prior to the scheduled pick up time (outside business hours) will incur full transfer charges.
Cancellations for specialized transport such as Stretch Limousines within 24 hours of the scheduled pick up time will incur full charges. - In the event of a customer “No Show” full transfer charges apply.
- Waiting time will be charged as follows:
10 minutes after the scheduled pick up time waiting will be charged at $1.10 per minute for Sedans and Mini Buses and $2.20 per minute for Stretch Limousines.
Airport Pick Ups:Waiting time will apply 25 minutes after touch down of the scheduled flight arrival time.In the case of lost luggage where the driver is required to wait, waiting time will be charged at $1.10 per minute for Sedans and Mini Buses and $2.20 per minute for Stretch Limousines.
International Airport Pick Ups: Waiting time will apply 40 minutes after International touch down where the driver is requested to wait then waiting time charges apply $1.10 per minute for Sedans and Mini Buses and $2.20 per minute for Stretch Limousines. - BVL & Corporate Cars accepts no responsibility for lateness to their destination caused by the client.
- BVL & Corporate Cars reserves the right to substitute any vehicle with an equivalent vehicle or refund (in full) any amount paid if we are unable to provide a booked vehicle due to conditions outside our control (e.g. road conditions, storms, break-downs).
- BVL & Corporate Cars accepts no responsibility for delays or the termination of the transfer due to conditions beyond their control.
- Balance of monies owing for Wedding bookings are due 7 days prior to the Wedding date.
- Any changes to Wedding bookings are required to be submitted to our office in writing.
- The Clients agree to adhere to the agreed start and finish times and accept that any overtime will be charged for each 30 minutes (or part thereof) that delays the hire company outside of these times, along with any work unable to be attended to due to the delay.
- The Client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle or contents caused by their actions during the duration of the hire by them or any member of their party.Drivers are under strict instructions to stop and not proceed if they believe any person is not in a fit state to travel (inclusive of unruly behaviour and mess made).
- Drug use, smoking and protruding from vehicles is prohibited by law and the driver has the right to terminate the journey at any time should the clients not comply.
- A cleaning and sanitization fee of 150.00 will be charged to the originator of the booking due to alcohol spillage, vomit etc plus any cost incurred by loss of follow on work that is unable to be performed due to the above.
- Breakage of glasses will be charged at $5.00 per glass
- Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times.Any fines relating to seatbelts not being worn will be paid for by the originator of the booking.
- BVL & Corporate Cars shall not be held responsible to any person or persons, company or syndicate for injuries and are absolved from all liability
